Siemens JV wins order in Russia.

(ADPnews) - May 27, 2010 - Ural Locomotives, a joint venture of Siemens (ETR:SIE) and Russian locomotive manufacturer Sinara, has inked a contract to deliver 221 locomotives to the Russian Railways, the German firm said on Thursday.
